PKP Energetyka S.A. it is one of the key components of Poland’s critical railway infrastructure, responsible for the reliable supply of electricity to the traction network and for managing the distributed power infrastructure throughout the country. As a modern infrastructure company, it places great emphasis on the digitization of operational processes and the effective management of field teams.
In April 2023, PKP Energetyka S.A. was officially acquired by Polska Grupa Energetyczna (PGE) and currently continues its operations under the name PGE Energetyka Kolejowa S.A.
Project objective:
Development of advanced analytical algorithms and automation of internal audit processes in the area of Workforce Management (WFM). The main objective of the project was to create a systematic mechanism for verifying the quality and reliability of operational data by comparing and cross-analyzing reports submitted by field teams with actual readings from GPS transmitters. The overarching goal was to tighten control processes, eliminate reporting errors, and improve the efficiency of managing dispersed technical teams.
