Project objective:
Designing and implementing a scalable data architecture and analytical operations tailored to the needs of the rapidly growing FinTech/Blockchain sector. By providing dedicated support through a Data-Team-as-a-Service model, Alterdata’s goal was to give the client the time needed to build internal analytical structures without compromising operational continuity. The technological foundation of the project was the creation of a high-performance data platform based on the Google Cloud environment and the implementation of the modern dbt analytics software, which laid the groundwork for a modern, data-driven organization.
