Project objective:
Design and implementation of an optimal IT architecture dedicated to the analysis and processing of big data. The main task was to build a central data warehouse from scratch and configure efficient ETL processes responsible for data integration and cleansing. The overarching business objective of the project was to establish a modern IT environment and implement flexible Business Intelligence (BI) reports that provided Dalkia’s management and business stakeholders with immediate access to key performance indicators.
