The History of Alterdata
The company was founded in 2017 when two enthusiasts of innovative methods for working with business data, Kamil Ciukszo and Marcin Kolenda, decided to change the rules of the game in the analytics process market.
Their goal was to make it easier for organizations to embark on the data-driven path and to support the growth of companies already on that journey. Access to advanced engineering and analytics was envisioned to be like access to ideal data: easy, broad, and democratic.
The founders’ vision and experience quickly led to business success. To serve an expanding roster of prominent clients, Alterdata’s team grew, acquiring new competencies and becoming a visionary and leader in the industry.

From the very beginning, Alterdata as an organization has embraced modern solutions, including remote work. At a time when open-space offices and daily, lengthy commutes were still the norm, team members could work from anywhere they chose.
