Data & AI Cloud Workshop
Build a team
ready to scale
Explore the real potential of data and cloud in your business. Build a strategy, set priorities, and start your transformation with AI

We drive the success of leaders:

Not sure where to start
with data and AI in your business?
In this workshop, we will show how to turn data into tangible business results by leveraging the cloud, data analytics and artificial intelligence. We focus exclusively on what realistically improves operational efficiency, accelerates decisions and generates savings.
Understand the potential of cloud analytics and AI
You will discover how to apply modern tools to accelerate analysis, automate decisions, and deploy AI safely in production environments.
Quick results with minimal effort
(quick wins)
We will identify where in your organization you can immediately achieve specific results – for example, by automating reporting, predictive KPIs, or using off-the-shelf ML models.
Practical examples from your industry
We will show implementations similar to your industry so you can quickly replicate effective solutions and avoid common mistakes.
A coherent and realistic development roadmap
At the end of the workshop, you will receive a concrete action plan: what to implement, when, for how much – taking into account your resources and risks.
Better communication and collaboration between IT and business
We help your teams speak one language – to define common goals, organize priorities, and finally execute AI and data projects effectively.
Readiness for a transformation based
on data
The workshop improves your team’s competencies, helps identify gaps and prepare your organization for further data-driven digital transformation.

Step-by-step workshop program

Strategy development and preparation (Week 1-2)
We begin with a workshop in which we work with your team to define the first key data use case (use case), tailored
to your company’s goals. We develop an initial analytics strategy and define security and governance requirements.
We then collect data about your organization and prepare the operating environment. If necessary, we set up an account on a tailored platform. Finally, we confirm the scope of the MVP and the objectives of the next steps.

Building an MVP (Week 3-6)
In this phase, we focus on two key deliverables:
Minimum Viable Platform (MVP Platform) – that is, an analytical environment that enables loading, processing and transformation of data for further reporting. It covers the full software lifecycle: from code versioning to automation (CI/CD) to monitoring.
Minimum Viable Data Product – is the first working version of a solution that uses data to achieve a specific business goal. This can be a dashboard, a report or data integration with external systems. It also often includes Machine Learning components.
Stage goal: to create a prototype that actually works and responds
to a predefined use case – ready for business testing.

Optional stage: Technical and business training
If you want to strengthen your team’s internal competence in building and maintaining data-driven applications in your chosen environment, we offer a training package tailored
to your organization’s needs.
This includes both technical training and business-oriented workshops focusing on the use of data in everyday decision-making.
This step is fully optional and is an extension of the program – its scope is determined individually, according to the level of the team and business priorities.

Presentation, knowledge transfer and action plan (Week 6-8)
This stage consists of three key elements:
1. MVP Demo:
We present the finished functionality of the built solution (Minimum Viable Platform + Data Product), based on the selected use case. This is the point at which the application can be made available to business users and further developed with new data sources, pipelines and reports.
2. Knowledge Sharing:
During the session, we provide the technical documentation, source code and knowledge necessary to maintain and develop the solution independently.
This allows your team to operate independently without the need for further external support.
3. Data Roadmap Workshop:
We summarize the entire experience of building an MVP and in the context of the data strategy, we set further directions for development. We work with leaders to create a roadmap for moving to the next level of digital transformation.
Stage Objective:
Close out the implementation process in a way that enables your organization to maintain the solution on its own, further develop it, and scale analytics activities in line with the new data strategy.

FAQ
Alterdata – Data & AI Cloud Workshop
Does my team need to already have experience with Google Cloud or AI to participate?
No, we tailor the workshop to the level of technological maturity – from basics to advanced use cases.
What real benefits will this bring to my company?
You’ll gain a ready-made roadmap, identified quick wins, and an MVP based on your data – all geared toward quick business results.
Will we be able to develop the solution ourselves after the workshop?
Yes – we are transferring documentation, code and knowledge to allow the team to be fully independent after the program is completed.
Does the workshop also cover data security issues?
Yes – we define security, governance and compliance requirements as early as the planning stage.
How quickly can we move from workshop to implementation?
We are already building an MVP during the bootcamp – which allows us to start testing and development almost immediately afterwards.
How many people from my team should participate and what profile is needed?
We recommend participation of 4-8 people – preferably from different areas: IT, analytics, business, operations. This allows for a common understanding of goals, priorities and better alignment of solutions. The workshop is designed to combine technical and business perspectives.
Can we work on our data or only on sample data?
Yes – the workshop is as hands-on as possible, so we work on your real data, with security of course. This allows you to build an MVP tailored to the realities of your company and test specific business scenarios.
What do I get at the end of the workshop and how can I use it further?
After the workshop you will receive, among other things: ▪️ a working MVP (solution prototype), ▪️ technical documentation and source code, ▪️ roadmap for further development of data and AI, ▪️ recommendations for quick results (quick wins). This will allow you to develop the project further on your own or easily justify the decision to implement on a larger scale.
